Hailing from New York, Court discovered yoga when she was a teenager and developed a regular hot yoga practice during the long, cold Vermont winters she endured while in University. The effects yoga had on her general fitness, physique and overall outlook changed her life. She believes a dedicated practice and hard work on the mat reaps major benefits.
In addition to being one of the original Broga ambassadors, Court is an RYT200hr qualified hatha and vinyasa yoga teacher as well as a 70hr tapasya hot yoga instructor.
Don’t let the sweetness fool you, Court is highly skilled, very technical and she’ll kick your asana on the mat!

By day , Alex is a Swede working in the London investment banking world. But, when she is not strutting around the city in a suit she loves spending every spare minute exercising and promoting a healthy way of life.
Coming from a ballet, gymnastics and strong sports background where hypermobile joints and lack of proper strength training lead to a life changing knee injury, Alex is passionate about strengthening and lengthening. Gym training and a change in lifestyle helped her avoid surgery and with one hand on the yoga mat and the other chalked up ready to lift some weights, she considers Broga to be the perfect workout for anyone willing to sweat and work hard. In addition to movement of any kind she loves to experiment in the kitchen creating incredible raw food and paleo treats for events and yoga studios.

Niko is amongst the first Broga ambassadors.
An ex city-worker, who gave up Ship Finance to spend his days teaching classes barefoot.
Originally trained in Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga, certified in Tapasya hot yoga, with an increasing interest for fitness and competitive indoor sports.
Loves life, sweat, peanut butter and teaches with a funky Greek accent and a dash for humour.
One fiercely Canadian nomad, Jess started practicing yoga after 15 years of competitive sport left her nursing a serious back injury, a torn meniscus, repeatedly broken ankles, noses and pretty much anything else you can think of!
Gymnastics and diving were great for flexibility but she had never built up the complimentary strength to keep everything aligned and protected from injury.
Not being overly impressed with her first yoga class (umm she had to be quiet and still, not her strengths!), she was convinced by a friend to go back for one more and loved it.
That was 10 years ago and she hasn’t stopped flowing and om-ing her way around the globe.
Jess first became certified in Hatha, Vinyasa and Hot yoga in the UK and recently completed the first Broga teacher training. She has taught in the UK, Indian and Canada.
If you happen to be on the Gold Coast, Australia, she’s currently there yoga-ing with a bit of studying Law on the side.
With her own studio in Solihull near Birmingham, Alicia uses her very precise knowledge of the human body to work with private clients on specific injuries and group class instruction.
With her additional Pilates background and certification , Alicia has shown to be a very powerful teacher and fitness leader who is passionate about her own fitness lifestyle and spreading it to others.
She is very positive and supportive but also tough and demanding on her students.

We are very proud to have Emma working as a trainer in the British Army.
She is charged with the fitness and physical performance of her regiment. Her Broga background is used as a method of improving the physical performance of the men and women who are charged with protecting the UK from menace.
Emma herself is a proper fearless warrior and there is no physical challenge she is not able to challenge the boys on head first.
Everyone here lovingly recalls her Broga training when after a mountain biking crash during bootcamp week she required an emergency airlift – only to return back to training that afternoon to complete the course!
You may recognise Phillipa from regular roles on Emmerdale, Casualty and Eastenders but behind the scenes she is a yoga and Pilates powerhouse.
Phillipa is one of the most sought after teachers in London and can also be found hosting workshops and retreats for those seeking her powerful and dynamic style.
Her no-nonsense approach to working with the body and pushing students to new levels of success is a Broga match in heaven.
But don’t be scared , Phillipa brings fun and humility in equal measure to bootcamp sergeant.
